Description

The MagNA Pure 96 Instrument is an automated platform for nucleic acid purification. It is designed to process up to 10 samples per run. Processing times are dependent on sample volume; a run with 200 µl samples typically completes in 50 to 60 minutes, while a run with 500 µl samples takes approximately 80 to 90 minutes. The system automates the steps of lysis, binding, washing, and elution for DNA and RNA extraction from various sample types.
