M4 Fusion Instrument

Manufacturer: Malvern Panalytical

SKU: PRK-MQ001 / PRK-MQ002

Description

The M4 Fusion Instrument from Malvern Panalytical is a three-position, automated gas fusion system designed for sample preparation. It utilizes propane or other liquid petroleum gases (LPG) for heating to create homogeneous glass disks suitable for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis, as well as solutions for inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and atomic absorption (AA) techniques. This instrument is capable of processing a diverse array of sample types, including cement, ceramics, slags, glass, silica, carbonates, mining and geological materials, sulfides, bauxites, fluorides, polymers, catalysts, pure metals, and various ferroalloys. Its design promotes rapid and thorough homogenization of the melt through uniform heating, which contributes to highly reproducible analytical results. Users can adjust key fusion parameters to tailor conditions for specific sample requirements. The unit has compact dimensions of 52 cm in width, 41 cm in depth, and 45 cm in height.
