Description

LysoView™ 540 is a red-fluorescent dye used for the specific labeling of lysosomes in living cells. Provided as a 1000X stock solution in DMSO, often in a 50 µL volume, it allows for significant dilution in assay buffers. The probe is noted for its high selectivity for acidic organelles, leading to bright staining of lysosomes with minimal background signal.
