LysoView™ 405, 1000X in DMSO

Description

LysoView™ 405 is a cell-permeant blue-fluorescent probe formulated for staining lysosomes in live cells. The dye is supplied as a 1000X concentrate in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), with a typical package quantity of 50 µL. It exhibits excitation maxima at approximately 318 nm and 400 nm, with a primary emission peak around 464 nm. This spectral profile makes it compatible with standard DAPI or Hoechst filter sets. The stain is designed to selectively accumulate in acidic lysosomal compartments, enabling their visualization and tracking in live-cell imaging experiments without a required wash step. Users dilute the stock solution in an appropriate buffer before adding it to cell cultures.
