Description
The LUNA-III Automated Cell Counter represents an iteration in Logos Biosystems' cell counting product line. This benchtop instrument is configured for efficient cell concentration and viability analysis using brightfield imaging. It delivers results in approximately 10 seconds when manually focused, or around 15 seconds when the automated focusing system is used. The device is calibrated to count cells within a size spectrum of 3 to 60 micrometers, with a recommended optimal range of 8 to 30 micrometers for best performance. It is intended for general cell culture applications requiring consistent and rapid quantification.
