Description
This version of the Logos Biosystems LUNA-II Automated Cell Counter is available with an optional integrated printer. The instrument uses automated, image-based cell detection via a dye exclusion method to determine cell count and viability. Analysis is completed in approximately 10 seconds with manual focusing or 15 seconds with the autofocus function engaged. It is designed to analyze cells measuring between 3 and 60 micrometers, with an optimal operational range of 8 to 30 micrometers. The inclusion of a built-in printer allows for direct, on-the-spot printing of results, which can streamline data recording and sample tracking.
