Luminex® INTELLIFLEX, Single Reporter

Description

The Luminex INTELLIFLEX is a multiplex analysis system configured as a single-reporter instrument. It is based on the established xMAP technology, which uses internally dyed microspheres to create a multiplexed assay platform. Each bead set is identifiable by its unique spectral signature, allowing it to be coated with a specific capture reagent. The system then detects a single reporter signal, typically a fluorescent tag, associated with the target analyte bound to the beads. This setup enables the quantitative measurement of multiple proteins or nucleic acids concurrently from a small sample volume. It is suited for a wide range of research applications requiring multiplexed data, such as cytokine profiling, gene expression analysis, and kinase activity assays.
