The Lactate Scout Sport is a portable, handheld analyzer from EKF Diagnostics designed for measuring blood lactate levels in athletic training and performance settings. It requires a very small sample volume of just 0.2 microliters of capillary blood, typically obtained via a finger prick, and delivers a result within approximately 10 seconds. The device has a measuring range of 0.5 to 25 mmol/L.
