Description
The LabGard ES AIR NU-543 is a Class II, Type A2 biosafety cabinet engineered for personnel, product, and environmental protection. It utilizes a single high-efficiency motor paired with a forward-curve fan designed to handle increased filter loading, which can contribute to extended filter service life. Airflow management is handled by the FlowGard electronic control system, which automatically adjusts the motor to maintain set airflow velocities, compensating for filter loading and voltage fluctuations. Airflow is monitored via an Intelliflow digital dual-thermistor sensor. This model is available in multiple sizes, including 3, 4, 5, and 6-foot widths. Configurable options include a choice of three access opening heights (8, 10, or 12 inches) and the potential for up to three service valves on each sidewall. The cabinet features a monolithic shell construction and is compliant with standards including NSF/ANSI 49, EN 12469, and carries UL-C and CE listings.
