Description

The Labculture LA2-S G4 is a Class II, Type A2 biological safety cabinet from Esco Technologies. It is engineered to provide personnel, product, and environmental protection for procedures involving biological agents. A key operational specification is an air inflow rate of 0.53 meters per second (105 feet per minute). The cabinet incorporates an energy-efficient DC-ECM blower motor designed to maintain stable airflow patterns while reducing power consumption. Filtration is provided by an ULPA filter, which offers a higher efficiency standard than traditional HEPA filters. The interior work zone is designed to be easy to clean, featuring curved corners, a dished work tray, and an angled drain pan.
