LabAire Polypropylene Casework

Description

LabAire Systems manufactures a modular line of laboratory casework constructed from polypropylene. This material is selected for its high degree of chemical resistance, making the cabinets suitable for environments where exposure to corrosive substances is common. The cabinets feature a V-groove, fully welded design using 1/2-inch stress-relieved virgin polypropylene for structural integrity. Hardware components, including hinges and fasteners, are also made from corrosion-resistant materials. Drawers operate on low-friction guides for smooth access. Base cabinets are offered in multiple height configurations, including options for seated work, standing work, and ADA compliance. Tall cabinets are available with venting and include both fixed and adjustable shelves designed with drip-proof edges. Standard features include single-piece recessed knuckle hinges, polypropylene pulls (with recessed handles as an option), and shelves that can be configured with reversible spill containment lips or traditional flat surfaces. Sink cabinets incorporate a removable access panel for maintenance.
