Description
The JNM-ECZL series comprises Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers. These systems are built with a digital high-frequency control circuit known as the Smart Transceiver System (STS), which aims to provide precise control in a compact and reliable package. A key feature is the Multi Frequency Drive System (MFDS), which allows complex multi-nuclei pulse sequences to be executed using a single physical RF channel, simplifying the spectrometer configuration for advanced experiments. The instruments use superconducting magnets designed for compact size and reduced helium consumption. They are capable of both high-field and solid-state NMR measurements while maintaining a footprint similar to conventional low-field solution NMR systems. Primary applications include molecular structure analysis, identification of unknown substances, quantitative analysis, and the measurement of relaxation times and diffusion coefficients. The series is available across the range of NMR frequencies offered by JEOL.
