ISOLUTE SLE+ products utilize supported liquid extraction technology for the isolation of analytes from biological fluids. Compatible with samples including whole blood, plasma, serum, urine, and oral fluid, these plates and columns feature a simple load-wait-elute procedure that is easy to develop, scale, and automate. The method efficiently removes proteins and phospholipids (up to 99.9%) without requiring offline steps such as protein precipitation. Compared to traditional liquid-liquid extraction, ISOLUTE SLE+ typically offers improved analyte recovery and reproducibility.
