Description

The Invitrogen iBright CL750 is an imaging system configured primarily for chemiluminescent and colorimetric detection, commonly used for Western blot analysis and DNA gel documentation. It is equipped with a 9.1-megapixel cooled CCD camera to capture low-light signals. The system includes a green LED transilluminator with an emission range of 490-520 nm for imaging fluorescent DNA stains like SYBR Safe or ethidium bromide. It offers a large field of view, measuring 22.5 by 18.0 cm, which allows for imaging of multiple blots or gels at once.
