Invitrogen™ Bigfoot™ Cell Sorter
Manufacturer: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description
The Invitrogen Bigfoot Cell Sorter is a high-parameter spectral cell sorter designed for complex research applications. It is equipped with a comprehensive array of excitation lasers, including wavelengths at 349 nm, 405 nm, 445 nm, 488 nm, 532 nm, 561 nm, 594 nm, 640 nm, and 785 nm. This optical configuration enables the detection of up to 60 parameters, which encompasses forward and side scatter measurements alongside a wide range of fluorescent markers. The system accommodates standard sample input tubes of 1.5 mL, 5 mL, and 15 mL. By leveraging spectral unmixing technology, the Bigfoot sorter is capable of resolving fluorophores with overlapping emission spectra, facilitating highly multiplexed panel design and precise population isolation.
