The Invitrogen Attune Xenith Flow Cytometer is a spectral analysis instrument built on acoustic focusing technology. It is engineered to handle demanding research applications by combining high-speed acquisition with advanced optical configurations. The system supports six lasers, including UV and near-infrared options, and provides 51 fluorescent detectors alongside six scatter channels for extensive parameter detection. Data can be acquired at rates up to 35,000 events per second. A key capability is its support for dual analysis workflows, allowing users to employ either traditional compensation or full-spectrum unmixing for complex panel design and data deconvolution. The instrument is designed for operational reliability, featuring simplified maintenance procedures, an intuitive touchscreen interface, and remote diagnostic tools. Its acoustic focusing core is particularly effective for analyzing challenging, heterogeneous samples like tumor digests without flow cell clogging. For automated sample processing, the system is compatible with CytKick autosamplers for high-throughput analysis of 96-well and 384-well plates.
