Description

The Invitrogen Attune CytPix Flow Cytometer is an analytical instrument that combines flow cytometry with brightfield imaging capability. The system can detect two scatter channels and up to fourteen fluorescence channels, allowing for multiparametric analysis of cell populations based on size, granularity, and fluorescent markers. The integrated CytPix feature enables the capture of brightfield images of individual cells as they pass through the flow cell, correlating visual morphological data with the high-throughput quantitative data generated by the cytometer. This combination is intended to provide additional context for cell analysis and event verification within a single platform.
