Description
Engineered for visible fluorescence detection, the InnoScan 910 and 910 AL Microarray Scanner accommodates standard microscope slides. It offers a flexible scanning resolution that can be adjusted from 1 to 40 micrometers per pixel. The system is equipped with two laser lines for excitation: 532 nm (green) and 635 nm (red). A confocal detection path with two photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) captures the emitted fluorescence, enabling precise and sensitive imaging of microarray spots. This configuration makes the scanner applicable for a variety of genetic and proteomic studies using common fluorescent dyes like Cy3 and Cy5.
