Description
The InnoScan 710-IR and 710-IR AL are microarray scanners designed for fluorescence detection in the infrared spectrum. These instruments are configured to scan samples mounted on standard microscope slides, including nitrocellulose-coated formats. They utilize two specific laser wavelengths, 670 nm and 785 nm, for excitation. Detection is achieved through a confocal optical system equipped with two photomultiplier tubes (PMTs), which provides high sensitivity and reduces background signal.
