Description
The Incucyte SX1 Live-Cell Analysis System from Sartorius is an instrument designed for continuous, label-free monitoring of cell cultures within a standard incubator environment. It enables researchers to gather quantitative data on cellular processes over time without the need to remove samples. The system is applicable to a wide range of assays, including the measurement of transfection efficiency, cell proliferation via confluence and count metrics, and apoptosis detection using caspase 3/7 activity.
