Description
This In-VitroCell ES model from NuAire (NU-5831) is a direct-heat CO2 incubator equipped with advanced oxygen control for hypoxic cell culture work. It maintains oxygen levels within a range of 0.5% to 21% using a zirconia ceramic fuel cell sensor. The unit incorporates a dual sterilization system, offering both a 95°C humidified decontamination cycle and a 145°C dry heat cycle. Carbon dioxide levels are regulated via a microprocessor-controlled dual-wave infrared sensor. The interior is a fully coved, 100% stainless steel chamber with a volume of 200 liters (7 cubic feet). Standard features include the NuTouch electronic control system, four stainless steel shelves, dual temperature probes, and an access port. Optional upgrades, such as antimicrobial copper interior surfaces (CuVerro®), are available. The incubator supports remote monitoring through RS-485 communication, 4-20 mA analog output, and USB connectivity.
