Description
The NuAire In-VitroCell ES NU-8631 is a floor-standing, water-jacketed incubator designed for cell culture applications requiring precise control of oxygen levels. It provides a hypoxic environment by actively managing oxygen concentration, using a sensor to monitor levels and automatically injecting nitrogen gas to maintain a user-defined setpoint. Temperature stability is achieved through a water-jacketed chamber, which promotes uniform heat distribution and minimizes fluctuations. A dual-wave infrared sensor is employed for accurate carbon dioxide measurement and control. The unit features the NuTouch electronic touchscreen interface for monitoring and adjusting all chamber parameters. With an internal volume of 160 liters (5.7 cubic feet) and an ISO Level 5 classification, it is suitable for stacking and is built for demanding laboratory environments where consistent, low-oxygen conditions are critical.
