Description
The NU-5820 model from NuAire's In-VitroCell ES line is a CO2 incubator that emphasizes precise humidity management alongside robust sterilization. It is suited for culturing tissue cells and preserving biological samples that are susceptible to desiccation. The unit provides a 200-liter workspace and maintains temperatures from 5°C to 55°C. Its environmental controls include a dedicated relative humidity (RH) system and a dual-wave infrared CO2 sensor. For decontamination, it offers two cycles: a 95°C humidified process and a 145°C dry sterilization cycle. Standard equipment includes four stainless steel shelves, and the system offers communication ports for remote monitoring. An optional CuVerro antimicrobial copper surface treatment is available to inhibit bacterial growth within the chamber.
