Description

The In-VitroCell ES Direct Heat CO2 Incubator, model NU-5720, provides a controlled environment for sensitive cell culture applications. It features a 160-liter chamber with direct heat temperature control, capable of maintaining a range from 5°C to 55°C. A key feature is its integrated humidity control system, which uses a sensor and a 3-liter water reservoir to actively maintain a user-defined humidity setpoint. The unit also includes dual sterilization cycles for decontamination. Similar to the base NU-5700 model, it uses a dual-wave infrared sensor for precise CO2 management. The internal dimensions are 514 mm in width, 525 mm in depth, and 610 mm in height, with an external footprint of 648 mm by 699 mm by 894 mm. This combination of features is intended to ensure optimal growth conditions for cell lines that are sensitive to fluctuations in humidity.
