In-VitroCell CO2 Incubators

Description

NuAire's In-VitroCell CO2 Incubators are designed to provide a controlled environment for cell culture and tissue growth. These units maintain precise conditions for temperature, CO2 concentration, and, in some models, humidity and oxygen levels. The product line includes both direct heat (air-jacketed) and water-jacketed configurations. Direct heat models utilize heating elements on all interior surfaces for temperature uniformity, while water-jacketed models circulate temperature-controlled water within the chamber walls for thermal stability. Available chamber volumes include 188-liter and 200-liter options. Temperature control ranges from 5°C to 55°C. Certain models feature sterilization cycles, with dry heat reaching up to 145°C and humidified cycles up to 95°C. These incubators are intended for applications requiring a contamination-free environment, including the cultivation of mammalian cells and the storage of biological samples.
