Description

This automated dynamic vapor sorption analyzer, the IGAsorp-CT, is engineered for measuring sorption isotherms and kinetics across a broad spectrum of materials. It is capable of operating with both water and organic solvent vapors. A key characteristic of this model is its extended operational temperature range, which spans from 5 to 85 °C, combined with humidity control from 0 to 98% relative humidity. This wide environmental window makes it suitable for studying materials like polymers, construction products, pharmaceuticals, and natural substances such as textiles and seeds. The system can handle sample masses up to 5 grams. An optional integrated heater accessory expands its functionality, enabling programmable pre-heating and thermal desorption studies at temperatures up to 350 °C. Standard features include verification routines for system performance and software capable of advanced data analysis, including the determination of diffusion parameters and permeation rates.
