Description

The HVA-110 is an economical, top-loading autoclave with a 110-liter chamber volume. It is designed for efficient sterilization with a focus on post-cycle cooling. A standard built-in cooling fan accelerates the cooling process after sterilization is complete. The unit operates at temperatures from 105°C to 135°C. Its design prioritizes space savings, featuring a lid that opens vertically. Safety is addressed through a dual lid safety interlock system, which prevents the lid from being opened while a cycle is active, the chamber is pressurized, or the temperature is above 97°C. Operational controls include specialized modes for handling agar: an agar sterilization mode that sterilizes and then maintains the agar in a liquid state, and an agar melting mode for rapid preparation. A one-touch lever facilitates easy opening and closing of the chamber lid. A door-closure sensor ensures the sterilization cycle cannot initiate unless the lid is properly secured. During operation, an in-process display provides information on the cycle's status and progress. The interior chamber dimensions are 16.5 inches in diameter by 31.3 inches in height, while the exterior measures 26 inches wide by 25.6 inches deep by 46.4 inches high.
