HV Series Portable Top-Loading Autoclaves

Description

The HV Series comprises a range of portable, top-loading autoclaves available in four chamber volumes: 25 liters (HV-25), 50 liters (HV-50), 85 liters (HV-85), and 110 liters (HV-110). These self-contained floor models are mounted on caster wheels, enhancing their mobility and allowing them to fit into various laboratory spaces with a minimal footprint. They are suitable for sterilizing a variety of materials, including laboratory glassware, media, agar, biological waste, and, particularly for the larger models, fermentors. Operating specifications vary by model. The HV-25 and HV-50 models have a temperature range up to 126°C and 135°C, respectively, with a pressure range of 3 to 22 PSI gauge (0.02 to 0.148 MPa). The larger HV-85 and HV-110 models operate at temperatures up to 135°C and can achieve pressures up to 30 PSI (0.02 to 0.206 MPa). This series provides flexible capacity options for different laboratory throughput requirements while maintaining a portable design.
