HTRV High Temperature Vertical Tube Furnace

Manufacturer: Verder Scientific

SKU: HTRV

Description

The HTRV High Temperature Vertical Tube Furnace from Verder Scientific is designed for demanding thermal processing applications. It utilizes molybdenum disilicide heating elements to achieve maximum operating temperatures of either 1700°C or 1800°C, depending on the configuration. The furnace is available with one or three independently controlled heating zones for precise temperature profiling along the length of the tube. A programmable temperature controller with 24 segments allows for complex heating, soaking, and cooling ramps. The system supports multiple operational atmospheres, including oxidizing (air), inert gases (nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, CO2), and vacuum. Standard safety features include over-temperature protection. The unit's capacity is specified across several volume options.
