HTRH-3

Description

The HTRH-3 is a three-zone, high-temperature horizontal tube furnace, categorized under coal ash analysis equipment. It is capable of reaching maximum temperatures of 1800°C. The heating system employs Molybdenum disilicide elements distributed across three independently controlled zones, allowing for the creation of complex temperature gradients along the length of the tube. The furnace supports operation under a wide range of atmospheres, including air (oxidizing), inert gases (nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, CO2), and vacuum. Available tube capacities include 10.6, 4.7, and 2.3 liters. Control is managed by a programmable temperature controller with 24 segments, and the unit includes over-temperature protection as a standard safety feature.
