Description

The HTRH 1 Zone furnace is a horizontal tube furnace designed for high-temperature applications up to 1800°C. It utilizes Molybdenum disilicide heating elements to achieve these extreme temperatures. The furnace is constructed to accommodate various atmospheric conditions, including oxidizing (air), inert gases like nitrogen and argon, forming gas, Varigon, carbon dioxide, and vacuum. It is available with different tube capacities, such as 4.71, 2.4, 2.3, 1.2, 0.63, and 0.31 liters. Standard equipment includes a programmable temperature controller capable of managing 24 segments, providing precise thermal profiling. For operator safety and equipment protection, the unit incorporates over-temperature protection systems. This model is part of a series that may also be configured with three heating zones.
