HTMA High Temperature Modified Atmosphere Ovens

Manufacturer: Verder Scientific

SKU: HTMA

Description

The HTMA series of high-temperature ovens from Verder Scientific are engineered for processes requiring a controlled, modified atmosphere. These units feature a seam-welded chamber designed to securely contain various gas environments. A rear-mounted fan, combined with a side air guide, ensures a consistent horizontal airflow pattern across the workspace. The oven is accessed via a single side-hinged door, which incorporates a metal heat seal and a supplementary rubber gasket to maintain a gas-tight closure; the door is fitted with a non-slam handle. Available in multiple chamber capacities, including 28, 95, 220, 500, and 1000 liters, these ovens support maximum operating temperatures ranging from 400°C to 700°C, depending on the model. They can operate in several modes, including oxidizing (air) and various inert atmospheres such as nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, and carbon dioxide. Optional features include a variable speed fan, door interlock, oxygen monitoring, automatic gas control, a built-in thermocouple, audible and temperature alarms, and cascade control.
