Description

The HTK Metal Chamber Furnace is a vacuum furnace designed for applications demanding high-purity atmospheric conditions. It incorporates metal insulation, which contributes to achieving a high-quality vacuum and a precisely defined, pure process atmosphere. The furnace operates under inert gases (nitrogen, argon) or reactive hydrogen. It is offered with maximum temperature capabilities of 1600°C or 2200°C and is available in chamber capacities of 8, 25, 80, and 120. For operation, the unit requires a standard electrical power supply, a fail-safe cooling water system, an exhaust connection, and access to process gases (hydrogen, argon, nitrogen).
