Description
The HT4000L LC Autosampler is a high-capacity sample introduction system from HTA srl., engineered for precise injections into HPLC, UHPLC, LC-MS, and IC instruments. It utilizes a push-to-fill injection technique and can manage a library of over 280 samples. Standard tray configurations include 176 positions for 2 mL vials, 96 for 4 mL vials, 54 for vials from 6 to 20 mL, and space for three 96-well microplates, with one rack being removable. Custom tray options are also available. Beyond standard autosampling, the HT4000L incorporates basic sample preparation capabilities directly on its deck, such as automated dilution, pre-column derivatization, pH adjustment, and internal standard addition. For more complex workflows, the system is controlled by HTAPREP lab automation software, which allows users to design custom methods. This software integration makes the autosampler a versatile platform for automating intricate sample preparation and introduction sequences, facilitating integration into broader laboratory automation systems.
