Description
The HT4000E from HTA srl. is an integrated autosampler that automates Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) and related purification steps for liquid chromatography. It streamlines the sample clean-up process, handling tasks from conditioning and sample loading to elution. The system operates in two primary modes: an offline mode where the purified extract is collected into vials for later analysis, and an online mode where the eluate is directly injected into an HPLC or LC-MS system. It supports a broad range of SPE sorbents, including normal phase, reversed phase, ion exchange, affinity, immunoaffinity, and diatomaceous earth (SLE) cartridges. Additionally, the HT4000E can automate sample filtration using dedicated filter cartridges as an alternative to manual syringe filters. This instrument, with dimensions of 310 x 690 x 705 mm, is designed to integrate sample preparation seamlessly with chromatographic analysis, reducing manual intervention and improving reproducibility in complex protocols.
