HRF Air Recirculating Furnace

Manufacturer: Verder Scientific

SKU: HRF

Description

The HRF Air Recirculating Furnace from Verder Scientific is designed for laboratory processes requiring controlled high-temperature environments. It employs a forced air recirculation system, utilizing powerful fans and horizontal air guides to ensure rapid heating and high thermal transfer efficiency. This design promotes excellent temperature uniformity throughout the stainless steel chamber. Heating is achieved via wire elements positioned on both sides of the chamber. The furnace supports a maximum operating temperature of 750°C and can be configured for various atmospheres, including oxidizing (air) and inert modes using gases such as nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, or CO2. Available options enhance its functionality, including viewports (glazed or unglazed), cascade control for precise temperature management, digital over-temperature protection, an audible alarm, a solenoid valve with manual or automatic switching, and a 100mm flowmeter. It is offered in multiple capacity sizes, including 324, 112, 45, and 22, to suit different sample volumes.
