Glas-Col offers a series of hot plates, stirrers, and combined hot plate stirrers identified by catalog numbers 108A HP12, 108A MS12, and 108A HPMS12. These units feature a white ceramic work surface known for its durability and resistance to chemical spills. The compact design has a footprint of 8 by 9 inches and a height of 4.5 inches, conserving space on laboratory benches or inside enclosures. The hot plate function provides a temperature range from approximately room temperature plus 5 degrees Celsius up to 380 degrees Celsius across a 7.5-inch square heating surface. The magnetic stirrer function offers an operational speed range from 60 to 1500 rpm. Control is managed through a microprocessor system with manual knobs for adjusting and setting parameters. Indicator LEDs on the front panel show when heating or stirring modes are active. The hot plate-stirrer combo model includes a support rod for holding thermometers or probes.
