Description

DeNovix Inc.'s Helium 1 uL Spectrophotometer is a compact UV instrument for rapid quantification of nucleic acids and proteins. It performs measurements at fixed wavelengths of 230 nm, 260 nm, and 280 nm, with a scanning time of approximately five seconds. The system requires only a 1 µL sample droplet, eliminating the need for cuvettes or other consumables. It reports concentrations for dsDNA within a range of 2 to 1,600 ng/µL and calculates standard purity ratios (260/280 and 260/230). Designed for routine analysis in research and educational settings, the device features a maintenance-free optical system that does not require user recalibration.
