Manufacturer: Verder Scientific

SKU: GPCMA

Description

The GPCMA Modified Atmosphere Chamber Furnace, manufactured by Verder Scientific, is a floor-standing furnace designed for processes requiring controlled atmospheric conditions. It features a metallic retort and heating elements in the form of radiating coiled wires positioned on two sides, the roof, and beneath the hearth. The unit is equipped with a smooth-action hinged door for access. It can operate in multiple modes, including oxidizing (air), inert atmospheres (using nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, or CO2), and vacuum. Available maximum temperatures range from 1000°C to 1150°C, with chamber capacities offered in several sizes: 245, 208, 174, 117, 56, and 37 liters. Configurable options include different retort types (standard or vacuum), automated or semi-automatic gas systems, and an oxygen monitoring system for precise atmosphere control.
