Manufacturer: Verder Scientific
SKU: GPC
Description
The GPC is a general-purpose chamber furnace built for high-temperature processes, with maximum operating temperatures of 1200°C or 1300°C depending on the model. It is constructed with coiled wire heating elements positioned on two sides and the roof of the chamber. The hearth is designed with plates that resist damage and can support substantial weight. This furnace can operate in oxidizing (air) or several inert gas atmospheres, including nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, and CO2. Available options for customization include viewports, thermocouple ports, flowmeters, solenoid valves, over-temperature protection, alarms, cascade control, and oxygen monitoring systems.
