Description

The Globe|Euromex Delphi-X Observer is a trinocular compound microscope built for advanced life science research, offering high optical performance. It employs an Enhanced Infinity System (EIS) with a 200mm focal length tube lens, which reduces the angle of light rays to improve chromatic aberration correction and image contrast. The optics include super wide field SWF 10x/25mm eyepieces with 30mm tubes and a set of 60mm parfocal plan EIS objectives (4x, 10x, 20x, S40x, S100x oil immersion) mounted with an M25 thread, providing a large 25mm field of view and high numerical apertures for resolving power. The trinocular Siedentopf head allows for interpupillary adjustment from 47 to 78mm and features a light path selector (100/0, 80/20, 0/100). Illumination is from a 3W NeoLED™ Koehler source with a push-in/out neutral density filter. The microscope supports advanced techniques like Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) via an optional prism in the sextuple reversed nosepiece.
