Description

The GelDoc Go is a compact gel imaging system from Bio-Rad designed for documenting and analyzing various types of gels and blots. It supports multiple imaging modalities, including fluorescence, chemiluminescence, and colorimetric detection. The system features a fixed field of view measuring 21 x 14 cm. Illumination options include trans-UVB and epi-white lighting as standard, with trans-white and trans-blue illumination available as optional configurations. This flexibility allows the instrument to be used for a range of applications, such as imaging ethidium bromide-stained DNA gels, protein gels, and western blots, in a benchtop format.
