Description

The GDS950 is a glow discharge atomic emission spectrometer from LECO, engineered for elemental analysis and compositional depth profiling. It is suitable for use with a wide range of electrically conductive and certain non-conductive solid materials. The instrument operates across a wavelength range from 120 nm to 460 nm, with a spectral resolution of 30 pm (0.030 nm). A primary application is the depth profile analysis of coatings, such as those on galvanized steel.
