GCC-P Portable Centrifuge

Description

Globe Scientific's GCC-P is a compact, portable centrifuge engineered for use in field settings or locations without standard laboratory infrastructure. Its design includes a stable, weighted base to prevent movement during operation. Power can be supplied via a standard electrical outlet or using the included 12-volt DC adapter for vehicle use. The unit is equipped with a six-position rotor and a comprehensive set of tube adapters for volumes from 1.5 mL to 15 mL. Programming is facilitated by two method buttons and an LCD that displays time, speed, or RCF. A safety feature ensures the timer only begins its countdown once the target speed is achieved. The lid locks automatically during operation and releases only after the rotor has come to a complete stop or the cycle is manually terminated.
