Description
KIN-TEK Analytical's Gas Permeation Calibration Products are systems designed to generate precise, low-concentration gas standards for instrument calibration and sensor testing. The core components are Trace Source™ permeation tubes, which emit a constant, predictable flow of a specific gas. These tubes can be housed in various systems, including the standalone EcoFlex™, the manually operated 491Flex™, or the automated FlexStream™ System. These setups dynamically blend the permeated gas with a carrier stream to create accurate mixtures ranging from parts-per-trillion to sub-parts-per-million levels. Over 550 NIST-traceable gas standards are available. For applications requiring higher concentrations, the FlexMixer™ Gas Blending System can mix or dilute up to four separate gas feeds to produce blends from ppm to percent levels for multipoint calibration or creating test atmospheres. System interfaces include a local color touch screen and remote RS-232/Ethernet connections. Typical flow rates range from 0.25 to 5.0 standard liters per minute, and units are powered by 115 VAC.
