Gaiasky-mini Hyperspectral Imaging Camera
Manufacturer: Zolix Instruments Co., Ltd.
SKU: Gaiasky-mini2-VN / Gaiasky-mini-VN / Gaiasky-mini-VN-W
Description
The Gaiasky-mini from Zolix Instruments is a compact hyperspectral imaging camera operating within the visible to near-infrared (VNIR) spectral range from 400 to 1000 nanometers. It achieves a spectral resolution of 3.5 nanometers. Unlike slit-scanning systems, this camera utilizes a lens-based scanning methodology. In this configuration, the system's two-dimensional sensor captures a complete spectrum for each point along a slit for every scan position. The second spatial dimension is acquired by physically moving the scanning mechanism, progressively building a full three-dimensional hyperspectral data cube comprised of two spatial dimensions and one spectral dimension. The system includes an integrated controller that manages device operation, data acquisition, and initial analysis functions. Available models include the Gaiasky-mini2-VN, Gaiasky-mini-VN, and Gaiasky-mini-VN-W. This compact design is suited for applications where detailed spectral analysis is needed in a more portable or easily integrated format, such as environmental sensing, agricultural product inspection, food quality control, and laboratory-based material science research.
