Verder Scientific's FZS 3 Zone Split Tube Furnace provides heating with three independently controlled thermal zones in a split-tube design. It achieves a maximum operating temperature of 1300°C. The furnace employs 5mm APM wire heating elements, which are noted for durability and consistent temperature performance. The unit can be operated in either a horizontal or vertical orientation and includes over-temperature protection safeguards. It is designed to function under a variety of atmospheric conditions, supporting oxidizing environments using air, inert atmospheres with gases like nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, or CO2, as well as vacuum operations.
