Description
Airfiltronix Scavenger Series fume extractors are portable devices for removing hazardous fumes and particulates from localized work areas. The series comprises two primary models: the HS3000A1 with a single five-foot hose and the HS3000A2 with dual five-foot hoses. These units provide a flexible solution for air purification in settings where installing a full-sized fume hood is impractical. They are used in applications like soldering, light welding, jewelry manufacturing, and potting. Each extractor features a cabinet measuring 23.5 x 12.5 x 16 inches (WxDxH) and can be positioned on a bench or mounted to a wall. Standard operation requires 115V AC power (100 watts), with a 230V AC option available. A key feature is compatibility with multiple filter types, including charcoal for gases, and Dacron, aluminum, or HEPA filters for particles.
