FluidX Sample Storage Tube Cap Carriers

Description

FluidX cap carriers are 96-well format trays designed to streamline the capping and decapping of sample storage tubes. Featuring a standard SBS footprint, they are compatible with automated workstations and liquid handlers. The carriers are available in configurations to hold screw caps for tubes with either external or internal threads. They can be purchased empty or pre-filled with low-retention screw caps, which are engineered to minimize sample adhesion. When used with automated capping systems or semi-automated devices, these carriers enable high-throughput, consistent sealing of sample tubes, reducing manual handling. For manual workflows, a single-tube transfer tool can be used to move caps from the carrier, limiting direct contact and contamination risk. Supplied in cases of 10 or 50 units, these accessories support efficient sample management in biobanking, drug discovery, compound storage, and other applications requiring secure sample sealing.
