Engineered for secure sample management, this FluidX tube offers a 0.8 ml working volume. It is fabricated from virgin polypthalamide (PPA) and is rated for cryogenic storage. The tube employs a tri-code identification strategy, with three permanent, matching identifiers: a 2D code on the base, plus a 1D barcode and human-readable digits on the side. This approach is designed to enhance sample security and tracking. The tube conforms to the 96-well format, fitting standard SBS racks, and is supplied in either racked or bulk packaging, with 960 tubes or 10 racks per case. A distinguishing characteristic is its external thread design, which accommodates corresponding closure types.
